Operations Manager

Errol, who started his journey with us in 2005, now captains the ship of Mumbai operations, orchestrating Call Centre services, Facilities, and HR administration. A BA graduate, Errol exudes warmth and exuberance. He’s not just a manager but a morale-boosting presence, seamlessly blending work, and play. Beyond the corporate landscape, Errol is the Founder and President of the “We Bring Joy Foundation,” championing orphans and underprivileged children, extending his impact beyond the office.

Vernon Noronha

Head of Technical

Been a stalwart of Citybond from day one, having gained over 20 years’ experience. Beginning as a Team coach he has progressed to managing a technical team responsible for product and application testing, on-line and in-house, monitoring company brand websites and other associated tasks. Vernon is a BSc in Chemistry.

Nicholas Rodrigues

Client Services Trainer

His remarkable journey, transitioning from a dedicated CSR to a Team Coach and further to a Process Trainer, symbolizes a commitment to growth and excellence. He guides and trains our travel insurance team to success with a warm smile, profound expertise, and a lead-by-example philosophy. Nicholas holds a PG degree in HR.

Biju Pillai

Technology Team Leader

With 17+ years of experience, Biju excels in medical screening services, website management, product and process testing, alongside other related duties. His leadership qualities, content writing skills, and a friendly, always-helpful approach makes him a valuable asset to the Management team.

Joan Barretto

Client Services Team Leader

Joan began her journey in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative. Her responsibilities included taking calls and managing email correspondence. Over time they included handling online complaints where she exhibited remarkable dedication and problem-solving skills. Her collaborative nature and unwavering commitment to team efforts eventually led to her appointment as a Client Services Team Leader. Joan’s professional journey with a “Can Do” attitude serves as a testament to her exceptional contributions within our organization.

Harita Bangera

Client Services Team Leader

Harita, a physiotherapist has worked in hospitals dealing with patient care and post-operative rehabilitation. Her professional background and work experience helps provide high quality customer service and accuracy in medical screening outcomes. Beginning as a CSR, she moved on to mentoring new trainees and is now a Client Services Team Leader. An avid reader and a fun-loving foodie too, Harita’s expertise is of great value to the Mumbai operations.

Kanan Mani

Client Services Team Leader

Kannan Mani, a Motivated Team Leader with 17+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment. His attributes of organisation skills, management skills, operational understanding, and discipline bring cohesiveness to the teams he handles. Kanan loves challenges in meeting deadlines, mentoring, and overseeing individuals progress towards goals. He has an MBA in Specialised Operations and a MA in History.

John Gonsalves

Senior Product Tester

A BCom graduate, tech enthusiast and music lover, once resident DJ at clubs, John embarked on his professional journey with Citybond in 2006 as a CSR. With dedication, he rose to become a skilled Product Tester. Currently committed to giving back, John actively contributes to the We Bring Joy Foundation, overseeing digital and media prints for office and NGO events. His story reflects versatility and community engagement.
